This patch fixes two problems with Large Disk Data (LDD) loading.
1) When a network containing an LDD data object (HxRawAsExternaldata)
was saved, the TCL command written to the network did not enclose
the file path in quotes. If the file path contained blanks, TCL errors
were generated and the file could not be loaded.
2) The TCL command "load -rawLDD" didn't allow the data to be properly
loaded.
