This is Patch411-01-LEI. This patch fixes a problem with the
Leica LEI import filter. When retrieving a network with multichannel LEI objects
some channels were not connected to the MultiChannel grouping object while some additional
objects were loaded. The reason was a wrong enumeration of objects in the LEI file.
