This is Patch311-10-leica. This patch adds support for
version 2.5 of the Leica confocal microscope (.lei) file format. If loading a .lei file results
in an Amira console output "error in leica file: wrong version" you should install
this patch. Note: The patch will cause a message printed in the console window "[Leica reader]
missing dimension Z, assuming 1 sample in that direction" each time a single slice series is
encountered in the .lei file. The message will be printed regardless of whether the single slice
series is selected or not. You can confidently ignore those messages as long as their number is less
or equal to the number of single slice series in the .lei file.
