Patch 08 for Amira 3.1.1

This is Patch311-08-amiraVR. It fixes a problem with the trackd API for the LinuxAMD64 version of Amira 3.1.1. The AMD64 API of VRCO's trackd library was not available at the time of the 3.1.1 build.
