Patch 07 for Amira 3.1.1

This is Patch311-07-mpeg. It fixes a problem with the 'MovieMaker' module on Linux. The MPEG-encoder could not be initialized due to an unresolved symbol so that the creation of the 'MovieMaker' module failed.
